Has All of Your Kava Been Dried and Powdered?

Peter asked: Do you sell kava fresh, straight out of the ground, or has all of your kava been dried and powdered?

Makaira says: We only sell dried and powdered root. We’ve tried to sell whole root as well as fresh root, but there has been so little demand that we lost a great deal of money from the stock we put aside to sell as fresh root each month. Our kava kava powder is sun dried and processed soon after harvest, and we have a high turnover rate, so you are sure to get extremely fresh kava kava root powder when you order from us!
